Nicole will most likely be the first voice you hear when you call our office (and more than likely after only one ring). She was born in Lynchburg, lived all over the southeast and ultimately landed in Midlothian. Before coming to our office, she attended nursing school, and worked at Wells Fargo. Prior to that she taught gymnastics for 8 years. Nicole loves meeting people, developing relationships, and discovering the unique stories of our family of patients. We enjoy having someone so passionate about people working with us.
When she is not in the office she likes spending time with her two-year-old son Deacon, trying to keep up with him. She is also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan! (We give her a hard time about it, too).

As a new patient, you will most likely be meeting with Karen to welcome you to our practice and show you around. Karen came to Richmond from North Carolina and has been in the dental field for over 28 years, with about half of that being in an orthodontic office. She has a love and passion for helping people obtain their ideal smiles, and dental health. She believes that every patient should be treated as one of her family. She will help answer any questions or concerns you may have during your appointment and treatment and loves making our patients feel welcome and comfortable during their visits.
She is a huge sports fan, due to her son's participation in baseball, but she loves talking all types of sports with the patients. She also loves to cook and spend time with her husband and their schnauzer, "Jack."
Karen has been married to her husband Jeff for 28 years. They have 2 sons, Justin and Jonathan, that still live in NC.

Catey recently moved back to Richmond from Fredericksburg and joined our office shortly thereafter. She has 8 years of orthodontic assisting experience. She also completed a Dental Lab Technology program at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College in 2008 and has brought her training to our lab. Catey is very skilled and artistic, loves to work with her hands and loves watching smiles change over time.
When Catey is not working to improve smiles, she loves to make and decorate cakes, and has taken completed the Wilton Courses. She loves spending time with her Chihuahua "Chessie." She was recently engaged to her boyfriend of 3 years, David, and is currently in the process of planning her wedding for February.
Our resident local, Caitlin grew up in Mechanicsville and graduated from Lee-Davis High School. She serves as one of our clinical assistants. In addition, she is studying nursing at J. Sergeant Reynolds Community College. Caitlin has prior experience working with children and works great with our younger patients!
During her time off, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her friends and family when she is not concentrating on her nursing studies.
